The Executive Chef of Il Nuovo Perugino Enoteca has a trajectory of 30 years in the culinary environment of Puerto Rico. She began her career with the renown Chef Augusto Schreiner as his Sous Chef, from there she passes to work with the master of Puerto Rican Novel Cuisine Chef Alfredo Ayala.
After her vast training with those two amazing teachers she went on to own various businesses in which she supplied desserts to select restaurants. One of those restaurants was Il Perugino in Old San Juan and that connection eventually lead her to work in Franco Seccarelli’s kitchen. When Franco decided to open a new restaurant she continued with her work in Il Nuovo Perugino. At this fine restaurant she has not only maintained the excellence of the food, but also she enriched the menu with her immense experience.
