Nonna Cucina Rústica

Nonna provides a unique ambience blooming with history where you can savor classic Italian dishes abundant with fresh vegetables, assorted cheeses, extra virgin olive oil and “live” homemade pasta.

The highest quality ingredients and craftsmanship are elements that label Nonna´s style resulting in traditional Italian dishes that go beyond Pizzas and Pastas. We honor Old Italian cuisine by respecting its ingredients, recipes and methods while integrating cutting-edge techniques.

The menu includes a selection of dishes ranging from antipasti, soups and pastas with a variety of meats and seafood. The pizzas are made with carefully selected ingredients including Caputo flour from Naples, Italy, extra virgin olive oil unfiltered and fresh mozzarella.

Chef Martín Louzao

Chef Martín Louzao has worked in several countries and kitchens around the world. He took specialized courses at the Renowned École Lenôtre De Paris, France, and also apprenticed with Albert Adriá and Argentinian Chef Gato Dumas, both innovators and pioneers of contemporary and modern cuisine. He also worked with Michelin Guide Star Koldo Royo, as well as others respected chefs. Since a very young age he showed a passion for cooking. He would help his family in the kitchen and simultaneously started to self teach by reading books and doing research. Influenced by his travels and experiences, he now manages the creative processes of his Culinary Group Cincosentidos, which group together the restaurants Cocina Abierta, Nonna and Touro. Currently he is immersed in the development of the Atelier, a project he hold dear to his heart, in his own words: “it’s more than teaching, it’s the continuing process of learning what inspires me”.

  1. Adriana:

Gracias!
