Chef Eric González
La cocina de Serafina San Juan está en manos de Eric González quien se desempeña como chef ejecutivo tanto de este restaurante, desde octubre de 2019, como del restaurante STK San Juan. Chef González fue además chef ejecutivo del restaurante Océano y chef d’ cuisine y banquetes del restaurante Laurel del Chef Mario Pagán, así como sous chef de La Concha Resort. Durante sus comienzos el Chef Gonzalez fue parte de la cocina de el hotel Ritz Carlton de Isla Verde y Sous Chef al lado de Chef Roberto Treviño.
