Graziani Restaurant is a concept created by the owner Héctor Graziani. This restaurant is a reflection of Hector’s past, present, and future endeavors.

Héctor’s life experiences are revealed through every detail in the restaurant, which begins with art and ends with live music.

Graziani is a fusion of international dishes and tapas that inspired Héctor during his years in a world-touring rock band.

The cocktails are created by Graziani himself and are named after people, artists, and events that have impacted his life.

El Restaurante Graziani es un concepto creado por el propietario Héctor Graziani. Este restaurante es un reflejo de los esfuerzos pasados, presentes y futuros de Héctor.

Cada detalle en el restaurante que comienza con el arte y termina con la música en vivo cuenta la vida y las experiencias de Héctor.

Graziani es una fusión de platos y tapas internacionales que inspiraron a Graziani en sus años en una banda de rock de gira mundial.

Los cócteles son creados por el propio Graziani y llevan el nombre de personas, artistas y eventos que han impactado su vida.

Chef/Owner Héctor Graziani

At a young age, Graziani fell in love with music and became a musician in a successful band that toured the world. Upon returning to his hometown of Puerto Rico from his music career, Graziani took that same passion for music and focused it on cooking and the restaurant business. Héctor worked with successful chefs like José Enrique to perfect his passion for cooking. And with this mentorship from a great chef, he decided to open his own restaurant in Santurce: Centrico. Centrico was Graziani’s dream come true, becoming a local favorite for cocktails and delicious food. Unfortunately, the damage caused by Hurricane Maria in Céntrico was not recoverable and they had to alternative but close the restaurant. Shortly after, in 2018, Héctor opened Restaurante Graziani on Calle Cerra. The Graziani restaurant opened to great success and gave Hector an outlet for his love of cooking and business. In 2020, Hector was forced to close his restaurant due to the Covid pandemic, but this didn’t stop him from staying focused on reopening when it was safe and possible. In August 2021, Restaurante Graziani reopened its doors and Hector continued his journey to share his passions with the world.

A una edad temprana, Graziani se enamoró de la música y se convirtió en músico de una exitosa banda que recorrió el mundo. Al regresar a su hogar en Puerto Rico de su carrera musical, Graziani tomó la misma pasión por la música y la enfocó en la cocina y el negocio de los restaurantes. Héctor trabajó con chefs exitosos como José Enrique para perfeccionar su pasión por la cocina. Y con esta tutoría de un gran chef, decidió abrir su restaurante en Santurce: Centrico.

Centrico fue el sueño de Graziani hecho realidad, y se convirtió en un lugar favorito local para tomar cócteles y comida deliciosa. Desafortunadamente, los daños causados ​​por el huracán María en Céntrico no fueron recuperables y tuvieron que alternativa, pero cerrar el restaurante.

Poco después, en 2018, Héctor abrió el Restaurante Graziani en la Calle Cerra.
El restaurante Graziani abrió con gran éxito y le dio a Héctor una salida para su amor por la cocina y los negocios. En 2020, Héctor se vio obligado a cerrar su restaurante debido a la pandemia de Covid, pero esto no le impidió mantenerse concentrado en reabrir cuando fuera seguro y posible.

En agosto de 2021, el Restaurante Graziani volvió a abrir sus puertas y Héctor continuó su viaje para compartir sus pasiones con el mundo.
